About

Welcome to Better Quality Living and Learning. We offer a wide variety of educational, disability, and sensory products that are geared to assist people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, developmental delays and that will assist children with or without developmental delays or diagnosed disabilities to live lives to their fullest.

We carry quality educational toys and special needs products that stimulate young children to think, learn, and explore the world around them. In this area we focus on infant development, toddler development, preschool development, and school age development. We offer a variety of educational toys such as: sensory toys, high contrast toys, textured toys, cause and effect toys, puzzles, baby books, sign language cards, light up toys, and toys that make noise. These toys can be used for children with fine motor or gross motor delays.

Learning Disorders – We carry a variety of items to assist those who may have learning disorders or who may learn differently than what is being taught through main stream classrooms. These items are educational to all children but have been selected to benefit children with learning disabilities or physical disabilities. Types of learning disabilities or learning disorders include Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, Dyspraxia, Verbal Apraxia, as well as others. The products we have are meant to assist with handwriting, math, motor skills, speech development, feeding skills, oral motor development, and overall learning.

We also carry a variety of Autism education toys and Sensory Processing products. These items are geared towards children with Autism, ADHD, PDD, Sensory Integration Disorder, and Social Skills deficits. To help with sensory issues we offer ChewEase chewy tubes, sensory weighted dogs, sensory weighted shoulder toys, sensory weighted lap pads, oral motor facial massagers, jigglers, sensory tank tops, sensory games, and games that help children to learn appropriate social skills.

Sometimes when infants and toddlers have sensory issues they also have difficulty with solid feeding, bottle feeding, and eating foods with different textures. Speech therapy, occupational therapy or feeding therapy is sometimes needed and we try to find products to help with these oral motor skills.

We have products that may benefit people with physical disabilities. These include wheelchair products, feeding items such as weighted utensils, puzzles with pegs, lap pads, sensory items, textured items, and items that can be adapted for motor skills.
